HI All, By now living in this area I am sure you are aware that our lovley Oxenford Exchange is one of the busiest in QLD and and beyond its capacity.
What we need to know is how we go about pertitioning to Telstra to move it up on its "To-Do" list!
Has anyone got any ideas? |

Hi I contacted the ADSL+Exchange web site who gave me this reply:
Hello,
That is entirely up to Telstra. This is as their exchange is full. For any other ISP to install equipment they would need to do so outside the exchange. Most providers will not do this as it is a very costly process. I highly doubt this will happen in the future, especially since there is so much uncertainty over the Governments new broadband network.
At this stage your best bet is to go with an ISP who resells Telstra ADSL2+ services (which are listed under the exchange).
It will be expensive as they are Telstra services, but it depends on what you are after.
Thank you.
Regards,
Anthony
